Ambient, experimental, and weird: Baths’ new album Cerulean

So many things are weird but good: red bean ice cream, your mom…

Another thing:

Cerulean by LA-based Will Wiesenfeld’s project Baths.

It’s an album that was introduced to me by my favourite CFMU music director, Emma. Classified as glitch-hop electronic indie, it’s definitely something that needs to be digested to fully appreciate.

My favourite tracks off this album are <3, Aminals, You’re My Excuse to Travel, and Rafting Starlit Everglades.

RIYL: Animal Collective (check out You’re My Excuse to Travel) or Bibio (check out Plea).
